
Elizabeth McClellan is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing her practice on real estate finance matters. Elizabeth is experienced in drafting, reviewing, and revising a wide variety of documents associated with commercial loan financing transactions. As a 2020 Ballard Spahr Summer Associate, Elizabeth reviewed and organized closing documents for various real estate transactions and drafted incorporation documents and bylaws for a 501(c)(3) organization.
