Caroline A. Marfitano is an associate in the Real Estate Department. Carrie practices general real estate law, with a focus on leasing, acquisitions, and financings. She represents institutional owners in commercial leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties, as well as tenants in retail, manufacturing, and office uses. Carrie has significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in acquisition loans, construction loans, and permanent financing. She also represents lenders, services, and investors in connection with workouts and foreclosures. She is proficient in a variety of real estate development matters, including hotel, vacation ownership, and residential resort projects, condominium and homeowners associations, and housing authorities.

In law school, Carrie served as a Judicial Intern for Hon. Richard Caschette of the 18th Judicial District in Castle Rock, Colorado.
