    Obtained complete defense verdict after week-long jury trial in Oregon Circuit Court involving injuries that incurred at an apartment complex. Plaintiff was seeking $3 million in damages

  • Insurance Litigation

    Obtained dismissal for client insurer after a federal court bench trial of a $3.5 million claim for insurance coverage. The coverage claim involved liability for an alleged Ponzi scheme

  • Business Litigation

    Obtained summary judgment for business owner in an action to enforce right of first refusal in a purchase and sale agreement for a business
