Jenna Loadman is an associate in Intellectual Property Department who focuses her practice on trademark counseling, prosecution, and portfolio management. She helps companies of all sizes implement trademark protection strategies worldwide and regularly counsels brands with respect to the clearance, selection, use, registration, and enforcement of trademarks.

Jenna also counsels clients with respect to domain name portfolio management and works with clients to tackle domain name infringement, including through Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP") proceedings. She counsels clients with respect to trade dress, copyright, and advertising-related matters and represents clients appearing before the U.S. Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Jenna was a Trademark Fellow at General Electric Company (GE) where she assisted on all aspects of U.S. and international clearance, prosecution, and enforcement for the global brand. She also had the opportunity to work in the trademark department for a major athletic apparel company.
