
Harrison Long focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. He has experience drafting fact pattern memoranda, curating documents for expert witnesses, conducting opposition research, and reviewing documents for production and privilege protection.
Prior to his role at Ballard Spahr, Harrison worked as an eDiscovery Project Manager, where he managed a multifaceted eDiscovery investigation for a pharmaceutical company, oversaw a team of 33 attorneys, and provided guidance and feedback to the review attorneys over the course of the investigation. He also managed a Federal False Claims Act fraud investigation involving scientific research grants.
