Christine Kim focuses on commercial lending transactions for lenders and borrowers, corporate governance, and EB-5 transactions. She also works with insurance companies in lending transactions secured by various types of commercial real estate including retail, warehouse, and multifamily housing properties. Christine is fluent in Korean and often represents both multinational companies and banking clients who extend credit for Korean and other corporate borrowers in the United States.

While in law school, Christine served a legal externship with the DeKalb County Public Defender's Office, where she represented indigent defendants in criminal trials at the appellate level.

Pro Bono Experience

Christine has worked at the Emory Law Volunteer Clinic for Veterans, where she drafted briefs and notices of disagreement to support veterans' claims.
