Eric T. Krampf represents lenders in housing finance transactions. His practice focuses on representation of FHA lenders for both market-rate and affordable deals for the full life of the HUD-insured loan, including loan origination (both for refinances and new construction/substantial rehabilitation), final closings, and loan servicing matters, such as assumptions and higher-tier ownership transfers. Eric also has experience in workouts during the construction phase.

Eric's practice also includes representing bond underwriters in housing transactions as real estate counsel. His pro bono practice includes advising newly formed nonprofit organizations on corporate governance matters and assisting them in obtaining 501(c)(3) tax exempt status.
