Patrick Jules represents banks, nonbanks, bank servicers, and commercial and residential clients in foreclosures, including matters that pertain to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the District of Columbia's Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act.
Patrick drafts and negotiates contract purchase agreements, residential and commercial leases, amendments, sublease agreements, default notices, and eviction actions for landlords and tenants in both commercial and residential settings.
