Diana Joskowicz is an associate in the Litigation Department. Diana’s practices focuses on a diverse array of complex litigation matters including contractual and commercial disputes, labor and employment, antitrust litigation, fraud-based tort claims, white collar defense, and unfair competition claims under the Lanham Act. Diana also has significant internal investigatory experience and has provided governance and regulatory advice to clients on labor and employment issues, general commercial issues, the Bank Secrecy Act and how to prevent and address money laundering. Diana routinely helps develop and analyze case strategy, research and draft pleadings and motions, prepare for depositions, coordinate and oversee discovery, and prepare for hearings and trials.
Diana is a member of Ballard Spahr’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practice, and has advised organizations on internal diversity and inclusion and anti-discrimination policies and practices.
