
Stephanie Johnson has represented clients across the range of intellectual property litigation matters, including those concerning patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, false advertising, unfair competition, and domain names. She has drafted motions for both petitioners and patent owners in inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and has litigated Section 337 disputes before the International Trade Commission.
Prior to her legal career, Stephanie worked for the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History’s Laboratory of Analytical Biology, the USDA’s Agriculture Research Service Honey Bee Research Unit, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
