Intellectual Property Litigation: Represented 50-employee chemical manufacturer bringing trademark infringement and misappropriation of trade secret claims against S&P 500 competitor. Drafted winning memoranda in opposition to motions for summary judgment and Daubert exclusion. Assisted with technical, branding, and damages expert depositions, and drafted pretrial filings.
Antitrust Litigation: Defended Fortune 500 company in multiple antitrust cases—including three private lawsuits and regulatory investigations by five states and the Federal Trade Commission—alleging group boycotting, price-fixing, and no-poaching. Managed nationwide discovery efforts, including subpoenas to more than 70 individuals and entities in more than 30 states. Negotiated scope with each party, oversaw document production and collection, organized document review, and handled more than 20 remote and live depositions.
Insurance Fraud Litigation: Represented carrier in two federal diversity actions arising from a dispute with insurance producers perpetrating a fraudulent rebating scheme. Briefed various procedural issues including case consolidation, amendment of pleadings, and motions for stay. Managed discovery efforts, including issuing and organizing document and deposition subpoenas to third-party witnesses in multiple states.
