Ricardo N. Jackman has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in transactional, business, and corporate matters. He is particularly well known for his skill in contract negotiation in the sports and entertainment sectors, having successfully negotiated contracts and business deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Ricardo’s representation extends to professional franchises as well. While working with the franchises’ in-house legal team, he provides sound legal advice as he reviews, interprets, and suggests alternative language/terms advantageous to the client in licensing, sponsorship, services, and exhibits agreements.
Ricardo has worked with professional athletes and entertainers for decades, handling all of their legal needs and acting as a trusted advisor and dealmaker. His experience includes production deals—both musical and TV or film—as well as recording contracts; executive producer and producer credits; marketing and endorsement deals; and agreements involving acting, modeling, and appearances.
