Joshua D. Ihler is an associate in the Litigation Department. While in law school, Josh served several internships and externships working in all phases of litigation. His experience included drafting pleadings, preparing discovery responses, and aiding in trial preparation.
Prior to law school, Josh worked in the energy sector where he regularly negotiated industry contracts, lease agreements, joint operating agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. He also was responsible for ensuring that his employers complied with state administrative law procedures during the course of their operations.
