Ryan W. Horka has experience with a range of commercial real estate matters. He has represented financial institutions in connection with commercial litigation matters, foreclosure sales, commercial loan workouts, bankruptcies, and front-end loan documentation.

While in law school, Ryan served as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, where he analyzed financial regulation and compliance matters and investigated civil and criminal cases relating to the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering statutes and asset forfeiture processes. Ryan also interned with the Major Investigations Unit of the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office. As a law school research assistant, Ryan analyzed public housing issues and drafted memoranda on issues related to rental assistance programs and an array of HUD and Section 8 housing regulations.
