Thomas W. Hazlett is a commercial litigator who focuses on product liability, antitrust, intellectual property, and financial services disputes.

Tom has tried several cases to verdict, including multiple jury trials. He has handled appeals in state and federal courts and litigated motions for injunctive relief that included full evidentiary hearings.

Tom advises on antitrust and Robinson-Patman Act price discrimination issues, conducts insurance coverage analysis, develops regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies, and counsels on government relations matters. He also served as lead trial counsel for a national bank in breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract bench trials alleging millions in damages.

Tom has managed eDiscovery teams in cases involving the False Claims Act, toxic tort cases, commercial disputes, antitrust class actions, and civil RICO actions.
