Peter Hamberger's practice focuses on real estate financing, both nationally and regionally, and includes multifamily housing transactions and portfolio loans financed conventionally, through agency loans, and bridge loans via warehouse lenders. In the western market, Peter works extensively on lease negotiations representing landlords for commercial tenants, land development plans, and related contract negotiations, including title and survey review.

Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Peter provided budgetary analysis for the Massachusetts State Senate Committee on Ways and Means. He also held internships with the National Consumer's League, a social and economic justice advocacy organization, and the National Juvenile Justice Prosecution Center, which assists and trains juvenile court prosecutors.
