Ryan W. Horka primarily represents clients in real estate acquisitions, leasing and financing. His clients include owners of commercial real estate properties, as well as retail and office tenants. His practice also focuses on New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing.
Ryan also has significant experience representing financial institutions in connection with commercial litigation matters, foreclosure sales, bankruptcies and commercial loan workouts.

- Represented acclaimed chefs in lease drafting and negotiations with owners of first-class shopping centers in Florida and Hawaii.
- Represents an international corporation in the drafting and negotiation of retail and office leases, including addressing overarching lease administration issues and drafting of lease forms.
- Represents a CDE (Lender) in connection with its NMTC financing transactions, including recent financing for the redevelopment of Lexington Market in Baltimore, Maryland.
