Mackenzie Holden is a Phoenix-based Business and Transactions associate who focuses on mergers and acquisitions. She also provides outside general counsel services, including entity formation and general contract matters. She assists clients in a wide range of industries, including waste and environmental services, insurance brokerage, entertainment, and technology.

Mackenzie has an active pro bono practice, including participating in the Ballard Academy for Student Entrepreneurs (BASE) program, which provides legal services to student entrepreneurs, and representing clients in immigration matters.

While in law school, Mackenzie worked as an intern at the Arizona Supreme Court Staff Attorney’s Office, Animal Legal Defense Fund, and Arizona Public Service.
