Michelle Hogan is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on commercial litigation matters. As a former fraud prosecutor, she resolves complex cases by combining her commitment to delivering top-quality work with creative problem solving. She has extensive experience researching and drafting substantive motions and appellate briefs for both the state and federal courts. Michelle also has presented multiple investigations to the state grand jury.
Prior to her role at Ballard Spahr, Michelle served as an Assistant Attorney General in Criminal Prosecutions and Appeals at the Attorney General’s Office in Phoenix.
