Spencer A. Hill is an associate in the Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. Spencer also has experience representing and advising clients in securities and corporate governance matters, breach of contract claims, and charter school law.
Before he joined Ballard, Spencer interned at the Summit County Legal Defender's Office in Akron, Ohio where he represented and advised clients, from pretrial through appeal, who were charged with criminal offenses. Prior to law school, he worked as an early childhood educator and managed and after school program and summer camp for a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization.
Spencer was a 2017 Ballard Spahr summer associate.
