Nicholas M. Gross concentrates his practice on litigation matters with a focus on representing commercial landlords and shopping center owners, managers, and developers. He also has experience in intellectual property, complex business, and employment matters, litigating in federal and state courts both in California and nationally.

A member of Ballard Spahr's accessibility team, Nick regularly advises and defends clients in litigation arising under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related California disability access laws. He has successfully defended property owners and management companies in accessibility litigation in various federal and state courts.
