Rania S. Galan represents mortgage lenders in all facets of commercial real estate financing, with an emphasis on multifamily project loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration.

Rania reviews lender title policies and surveys, land record documents, covenants, easements, conditions and restrictions, and planned-use development agreements. She also drafts loan documents and security instruments for construction, acquisition, and refinancing loans utilizing various financing structures, including Government National Mortgage Association securities, Section 8 properties, and tax-exempt financing.

Before entering private practice, Rania served a clerkship with the Offices of the Orange County (California) Public Defender, where she wrote legal case summaries, reviewed witness statements, and completed extensive case law research on gang-related cases.
