William E. Flynn's practice encompasses general corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters for both small emerging companies as well as established mature businesses. He has appeared before federal and state courts and various federal and Minnesota agencies. His focus is in the areas of telecommunications and public utility regulation, environmental and energy law, and related corporate and transactional matters.

William has represented business and commercial interests before the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, among other agencies. His practice also encompasses regulatory and litigation work in the areas of telecommunications, public utility law, environmental and energy law, and related corporate and transactional matters.
