Fresques focuses her practice on acquisition, development, and registration of timeshare resorts nationally and internationally, with an emphasis on condominium development, fractional development, consumer purchase and financing documents for vacation offerings, and regulatory analysis of laws affecting the timeshare industry, including registration, licensing, and marketing matters.



Representative Matters

  • Lead associate in the development of a fractional product offering in Utah. Work included drafting the fractional-level governing documents and purchase agreement, and drafting the community-level project documents.
  • Maintain registrations of an international timeshare company across the United States
