Jaryn S. Fields is an associate in the Business and Transactions Department focusing on matters involving capital markets transactions, equity, debt, and convertible transactions. Jaryn advises financial institutions and broker-dealers on a variety of regulatory matters. She has experience drafting and reviewing underwriting agreements, prospectuses, acquisition agreements, purchase agreements, and other legal documentation. Jaryn has experience with matters involving the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and conducts research on auto finance and payday lending working groups.
