
Jody Ferris is a transactional attorney who counsels clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions with an emphasis on clients in the health care industry. Jody also has experience counseling health care providers, systems, and payors on regulatory matters including Stark, anti-kickback, and HIPAA matters.
Jody maintains an active pro bono practice. Her experience includes counseling entrepreneurs and startups on corporate governance matters and representing clients seeking asylum in the United States.
