Joe has been involved in numerous transactions in the District of Columbia as bond counsel, borrower's counsel, underwriter's counsel, trustee's counsel, bank counsel with respect to bank direct purchases of bonds, and credit and liquidity counsel. He has served as bond counsel, issuer's counsel, underwriter's counsel, special bankruptcy counsel, and trustee's counsel in financings throughout the United States, and has extensive experience in the area of securities and disclosure laws, particularly with respect to municipal finance.
