Zachary S. Ehudin practices real estate law with an emphasis on representing mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions. In particular, his practice focuses on lender representation in the origination, sale, and servicing of loans under the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily programs.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Zack was a law clerk for the Hon. Douglas R. M. Nazarian with the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, Annapolis, where he drafted judicial opinions. He also was a Rule 16 attorney with the Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore, where he represented juvenile clients in criminal proceedings.
