
Katherine Enright focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, as part of the firm’s Litigation Department. She counsels clients on compliance with employment laws and litigation avoidance. Katherine has experience representing clients in proceedings before the EEOC and the NLRB, as well as defending claims under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and ERISA. She has negotiated numerous favorable settlement agreements and secured the dismissal of a class and collective FLSA action.
