Rachel S. Dichter focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. As former in-house counsel, Rachel routinely advises on various topics, including lease interpretation and landlord-tenant issues. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Rachel worked for a nonprofit area agency on aging where she helped protect the interests of elderly citizens who may have been the victims of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment.
Before becoming an attorney, Rachel worked for two large retail companies where she drafted amendments, resolutions, and consents, formed new entities, created minute books, performed as a lease administrator, and handled other real estate and construction matters.
