Franc Del Fosse has advised clients on transactional and business matters for nearly 20 years on various financing and lending transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions and securities issuances.

He has significant experiences with the CARES Act and in particular advising lenders and borrowers in connection with programs like the Paycheck Protection Program and the Main Street Lending Program. He also has a wide-ranging project finance practice related to advising developers, lenders, investors, and other parties in project development, including energy projects.

Franc has significant experience representing public and private companies in complex securities transactions, financings and merger and acquisition deals and SEC Exchange Act compliance and reporting requirements.

Franc began his legal career in the Silicon Valley office of an international law firm. More recently, he was a partner at a prominent law firm headquartered in Arizona, where he founded and led the firm's renewable energy industry group. He has also served in-house as a general counsel for a publicly-traded company.
