Sarah B. Dannecker is an associate in the Business and Transactions Department. She has experience representing clients in a variety of corporate transactional matters, including regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, privacy and data security, contract negotiations, and other business and financing matters. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a patent prosecution paralegal and as a contracts manager where she researched and drafted policies, agreements and memoranda as they pertained to various legal matters, including trade secret protection, non-disclosure agreements, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen) regulations, contract amendments, and supplier agreements. She has also helped prepare documentation for cases involving school gender discrimination and human trafficking.
