Grant H. Dowd concentrates his practice on real estate finance and investment transactions. Grant regularly represents investment banks, commercial banks, and other institutional lenders, as well as borrowers, in a broad range of transactions, including the origination of balance sheet, joint venture, CMBS, acquisition, bridge, construction, revolving, leasehold, and mezzanine loans; project finance; note sales; and loan participations and syndications.
Grant also has significant experience representing clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real property, including forming and representing joint ventures and negotiating joint venture agreements; acquisitions and sales of a variety of asset classes, such as vacant land, multifamily, shopping centers, and mixed-use complexes; and commercial leasing of industrial, office, and retail properties.
