Thomas F. Dougherty

Thomas Dougherty represents startup and established family and owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in a range of issues relating to business operations. He advises clients on business acquisitions and dispositions, commercial transactions and contracts, the Uniform Commercial Code, real estate transactions (including like kind exchanges) and commercial lending.
