Jill Dolan is an associate in the firm's Business and Transactions Department, focusing her practice on consumer financial services matters. Jill has over 23 years of experience in the areas of risk management, contract development/negotiation, regulatory compliance, and legal research and writing.
Prior to Ballard Spahr, Jill served as in-house counsel for a bank, and prior to law school, as a paralegal for a major national bank. In these roles, she developed and wrote complex agreements for sales and marketing partnerships, provided legal review of marketing materials, and researched and analyzed complex state and federal regulations for application to business operations, among a variety of other responsibilities.
