
Franc Del Fosse has advised clients on transactional and business matters for nearly 20 years on various financing and lending transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions and securities issuances.
He has significant experiences with the CARES Act and in particular advising lenders and borrowers in connection with programs like the Paycheck Protection Program and the Main Street Lending Program. He also has a wide-ranging project finance practice related to advising developers, lenders, investors, and other parties in project development, including energy projects.
