Althea L. Daley is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and White Collar Defense/Internal Investigations Group, where she has experience conducting internal investigations, responding to subpoenas, and cooperating with ongoing investigations. She is a commercial litigator representing clients in complex business litigation, involving banking, contract, real estate, and employment needs. She has experience in both federal and state courts in New York. She has also worked on all aspects of trial preparation, conducted numerous depositions, drafted pleadings and discovery requests and responses.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Althea was a litigation associate at another law firm in New York in the General Liability group.
