  • Lead attorney for defendants in obtaining summary judgment in defamation claim alleging libel by fiction in the theatrical film, The Wolf of Wall Street, Greene v. Paramount Pictures, Corp.
  • Lead trial attorney for defendants in obtaining a defense jury verdict in Martin v. Jarmusch, et al., copyright infringement and implied contract claim against makers of film Broken Flowers
