Gustavo Cardona is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department, focusing his practice on labor and employment matters. Prior to joining as an associate attorney, Gustavo was a legal intern at the firm, where he analyzed Daubert challenges and communicated findings to the litigation team, researched developments in criminal law and drafted memorandum, and attended court hearings, arbitration and negotiation proceedings. Gustavo also has experience representing persons in traffic court and negotiating with assistant district attorney to reduce balance fees, as well as communicating with clients and opposing parties to collect necessary discovery to further divorce proceedings.

Pro Bono Experience

As a certified legal intern at the Federal Re-Entry Court Program, Gustavo offered free legal and transactional services to persons recently released from federal prison. He also offered free legal representation to low income community members as a certified legal intern at the Penn Law Civil Practice Clinic.
