Rachel Broder is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. While attending Temple University's Beasley School of Law, Rachel served as a staff editor, and later editor-in-chief, of the Law Review. She also was an intern for Magistrate Judge Timothy R. Rice and volunteered with the School Disciplinary Advocacy Service, an organization that provides assistance to Philadelphia public school students facing disciplinary measures, such as transfers and expulsions. Before attending law school, Rachel was a Team Leader at City Year Philadelphia, supervising staff members working to keep public school students on track for graduation.

After law school, Rachel served as a law clerk for Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
