
Brook A. Buettner is an associate in Ballard Spahr’s Real Estate and Construction Litigation and Labor & Employment groups. She assists real estate developer, owner, and lender clients with all aspects of real estate and construction litigation, mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Before joining Ballard Spahr, Brook worked on immigration law and asylum cases with the Swedish Migration Board and other government agencies. She also worked or interned with several international groups to promote human rights, combat human trafficking, and address intimate partner violence.
