Kamera Boyd is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on white collar matters and internal investigations. A former Ballard Spahr summer associate, Kamera has experience drafting legal memoranda on a variety of topics including bankruptcy, labor, and employment. She also assisted with motions, corporate governance matters, and significant developments in real estate law.
- Attended client interviews, took notes, and drafted client interview memoranda for a multinational investment management and financial services company
- Prepared document production in response to Government subpoena of client documents for a wealth management firm
- Filed arbitration, drafted proof of service, and prepared monthly updates on federal case for a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company
Pro Bono Experience
Kamera worked with the ACLU of Missouri researching Missouri state abortion regulations, aiding and abetting law, principal liability law, and other state abortion and criminal laws, as well as drafting Trigger Ban research memoranda. Kamera also drafted an article on New York's provisions on cannabis law.
