Kinnari Bhojani represents lenders in connection with the origination and servicing of multifamily housing transactions involving conventional, affordable, tax-exempt, and seniors' housing loans. In addition, she counsels lenders with regard to mezzanine financing.
Prior to joining the firm, Kinnari represented institutional clients in secured and unsecured commercial financing transactions involving growth capital and acquisition loans, revolving lines of credit, and capital call facilities.
- Represented lender in connection with a $36 million loan involving a 4% LIHTC allocation
- Represented lender in connection with a $6 million loan secured by multifamily property in which 100% of units received subsidized rents
- Represented lender in connection with a $2.5 million mezzanine loan associated with a workforce housing project
