Wendy Angus-Anderson focuses her practice on providing regulatory advice to clients on state and federal consumer finance laws. She assists clients with a range of compliance and transactional issues, including drafting agreements and advising on state licensing requirements, the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts and Practices (UDAAP) statutes.

Pro Bono Experience

Wendy maintains an active pro bono practice. Her contributions include providing representation for abused and disadvantaged children through the Support Center for Child Advocates and assisting convicted criminals to apply for appeals through the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
