Lisa Ashley's practice focuses on commercial real estate, banking, and business transactions. She works with lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial loans, buyers and sellers in commercial land transactions, landlords and tenants with commercial leases, and homeowners' associations.

Lisa is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Specialist, a prestigious title held by only two percent of attorneys practicing in her field.

  • Represent landlord clients owning office buildings in Twin Cities Metro area, in all leasing and tenant matters
  • Represent lenders providing bridge acquisition and construction loans to commercial borrowers, both locally and nationally
  • Represent downtown skyscraper building owners in office, retail and restaurant space leasing, conversion and renovation matters
