Jillian L. Andrews

Jillian Andrews is a litigator whose practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and investigations, government affairs, election law, and complex civil litigation. In her white collar practice, Jillian has assisted in representing a variety of clients in investigations as well as active criminal prosecutions. In her civil practice, Jillian has been involved in matters related to campaign finance and political compliance, as well as commercial litigation matters ranging from breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation to claims arising under the U.S. Constitution and federal statutes. 

Before joining Ballard Spahr, Jillian served as a law clerk for both the Arizona Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. As a law student, Jillian served an internship in the Elections Division of the Office of the Arizona Secretary of State where she drafted a proposal to restructure the lobbying laws of Arizona Revised Statutes Title 41 to increase transparency and compliance in financial disclosures. Jillian was also a 2016 Ballard summer associate.
