Justin A. Shiroff's practice is concentrated in media and entertainment law, commercial litigation (with an emphasis on consumer financial services litigation), and data privacy/cybersecurity. Justin has represented a range of clients that include national media and news outlets, information security providers, banks and other lending institutions, hospitals, and gaming companies/resorts. Justin's media practice focuses on the First Amendment and Nevada's Public Records Act. His pro bono efforts are focused in the area of gender justice and protecting the rights of transgender individuals. Additionally, he has served as a legal researcher and consultant for television shows including "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Lucifer," "Bones," "Notorious," "Rosewood," and "The Blacklist."
