Timothy W. Dickens


Timothy W. Dickens researches and drafts responses to specific issues involving data privacy, antitrust, and property law. He has reviewed corporate founding documents to analyze specific means of compliance with new regulations and has researched novel forms of liability for data privacy and security issues in the United States.

Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Tim worked with a Fortune 500 company to develop a privacy compliance roadmap, draft policies and procedures for compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, revise GDPR compliance policies, and develop procurement processes for data privacy training programs for operations in the United States and EU. Tim also has experience with data breach incident response, remediation, and data privacy compliance audits.
