Ballard Spahr’s Judy Mok Elected to Conference on Consumer Finance Law Governing Committee
The CCFL is a non-profit organization founded in 1926 by members of the legal profession and the financial services industry to offer educational services, publications, and research relating to consumer financial services law. The Governing Committee establishes policies and directs the activities of the CCFL.
Ms. Mok’s practice focuses on strategic partnership arrangements in the payments space. In particular, she has significant experience negotiating and drafting co-branded and private-label credit card agreements, payment network agreements, merchant agreements, servicing agreements, processing agreements, and portfolio purchase and sale agreements.
Ms. Mok is a member of Ballard Spahr’s Consumer Financial Services Group, which has more than 120 attorneys across the country.
