Kearney will be moderating a seminar, “What Law Firms and Their Clients Need To Know About 21st Century Threats To Their Businesses,” sponsored by the Camden County Bar Association. As panelists, Ballard attorneys Odia Kagan and Beth Moskow-Schnoll will discuss the landscape of data breaches and cyber threats by exploring emerging case law and regulations. Additional insurance panelists will discuss the insurance side of cyber threats. This seminar includes 2.0 hours of substantive credit from the Pennsylvania CLE board.
